Since 2006, Vanguard Space Technologies has produced low mass, high-performance, precision composite Tubes. We have also engineered and manufactured deployable structures including Struts, Booms and Masts. Our unique laminate design and processing optimization delivers Tubes, Struts, Booms and Masts with the desired weight, coefficient of thermal expansion and Young’s modulus. We also employ proven adhesively bonded and bolted joining techniques with nearly any end-fitting material. All Tubes and assemblies may be tested for strength, using static load testing, stiffness and CTE.
